Dave Mustaine reformed Megadeth after recovering from his arm injury.   Mötley Crüe reformed.   Van Halen reforms with Sammy Hagar for a summer tour.   Ex-Judas Priest drummer Dave Holland is sentenced to 8 years in prison.   Dimebag Darrell of Pantera was shot and killed while performing on stage with   Damageplan.     Metallica released the 'Some Kind of Monster' documentary.   Pagan Altar reformed.   Black Metal icon Quorthon passed away.    In 2004 I launched the Swedish Metal From The Past website focusing on FWOSHM (First   Wave of Swedish Heavy Metal.)
