NIGHT DEMON (2021)
Night Demon from Ventura, California formed back in 2011, since then they have become one of the most popular bands of the New Wave of Traditional Heavy Metal wave. They released Curse of the Damned in 2015 and Darkness Remains in 2017. Their vocalist and bassist Jarvis Leatherby has also been a member of US Metal legends Cirith Ungol since 2016. 


STRIKER (2021)
Striker is a NWOTHM band from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. They formed back in 2007 and since then they have released six studio albums. Their latest in 2018 titled Play To Win. I've talked to the bands vocalist Dan Cleary. 


RIOT CITY (2021)
Riot City from Calgary, Alberta up in Canada is a rising band on the NWOTHM scene. They released their debut album Burn the Night two years ago and it has recieved great reviews all over the place. In this interviewed I've talked with Cale Savy, Roldan Reimer and Dustin Smith. 


SKULL FIST 
(2021)
Skull Fist from Toronto, Canada is one of the most popular bands of the New Wave of Traditional Heavy Metal (NWOTHM). Their debut EP Heavier than Metal came out in 2010 and since then they have put out three more full-length albums; Head öf the Pack, Chasing the Storm and Way of the Road. Today I've talked to JJ Tartaglia, Skull Fist's drummer.


HELVETETS PORT (2021)
Helvetets Port was one of the first bands in the world to bring back the traditional sound and style of early eighties heavy metal into this modern age. They have released two full-lengths Exodus to Hell in 2009 and From Life... To Death in 2019. This interview was made for the New Wave of Metal documentary that I made but I have transcribed it now. So enjoy!


ENFORCER 
(14-05-2021)
Enforcer from Sweden started in 2005 and they became one of the most important bands in the rise of the NWOTHM movement (New Wave of Traditional Heavy Metal) Which was a revival of the 80's heavy metal sound. This interview was made for the New Wave of Metal documentary and I've talked with the bands main man Olof Wikstrand. 


PORTRAIT (2021)
Swedish heavy metal band Portrait has been around for some twenty years now. They were one of the pioneers of the NWOTHM together with bands like Enforcer, RAM and Wolf. I've talked to the bands drummer Anders Persson and guitarist Christian Lindell.


KJELL PEDERS (07-11-2017)
Kjell Peders is a heavy / thrash metal band from the small Swedish town of Norsjö. They were active from around 1984 up until 1989. A live recording from 1987 where they opened up for the Swedish Heavy Metal legends Gotham City is all that has survived into this digital age. Today I've talked to the bands guitarist Peder 'Paddlurken' Lundgren.


DESTINY 
(30-05-2016)
Destiny is an institution on the Swedish heavy metal scene, they formed back in 1982 and they are still going strong. Their early material got favourable reviews by the metal media back in the day but somehow their big break never came. I've talked to the bands main man Stefan Björnshög.


AMNESIA (22-05-2016)
Amnesia from Barnsley, UK rose to prominence with their first and only album to date titled Unknown Entity in 1991. Amnesia became a part of the first wave of British Thrash Metal, performing with the likes of Sabbat, Xentrix, Acid Reign, Toranaga and Slammer.


HELLBRINGER (16-11-2016)
Hellbringer is a thrash metal band from Australia. They formed under the name Forgery. They debuted in 2011 with the Hellbringer EP. The following year they dropped their first full-length titled Dominion of Darkness through High Roller Records. In 2014 they relesed the Horror from the Grave single and in August of 2016 they released their second full-length titled Awakened from the Abyss. I have interviewed the bands drummer Josh Bennett.


DON DOTY

Don Doty is a legendary frontman, he sung for Dark Angel on their debut album We Have Arrived and on the thrashterpiece Darkness Descends from 1986. He wasn't part of the Dark Angel reunion but instead he has formed a new thrash metal group called Eliminate.


MINOTAUR (19-04-2016)
Going deep into the realm of German Thrash underground, You'll sooner or later bump into Minotaur from Halstenbek outside Hamburg. They formed in the early days of the genre and they recorded a couple of demo tapes that led up to the release of their 1988 debut album Power of Darkness.


ACCU§ER 
(18-04-2016)
Founded in 1986, German Thrashers ACCU§ER had a technical sound that were more in common with the bands on the other side of the Atlantic. Accuser album debuted in 1987 with The Conviction and during the glory days of thrash Accuser released Who Dominates Who? in 1989, Double Talk in 1991 and Repent in 1992.


DESTRUCTOR (05-04-2016)
Destructor from Cleveland, Ohio released their debut album Maximum Destruction in 1985. The album was a success and it was compared to the early works of Exciter and Slayer. The band kept going but on new years eve of 87/88 Destructor's bassist Dave 'Holocaust' Iannica was murdered and that led to the bands breakup.


VENOM INC.

For the first time since the early nineties, Mantas, Abaddon and Demolition Man are back together again, this time as Venom Inc. This lineup is responsible for classic Venom albums like: Prime Evil (1989), Temples of Ice (1991) and The Waste Lands (1992).


OL DRAKE (23-11-2015)
Ol Drake was a member of British thrash metal band Evile for a decade before going solo with his new band Old Rake. Guitar legends like James Murphy (Obituary & Testament) and Gary Holt (Exodus & Slayer) appeared on Ol Drake's 2015 self-titled solo album.


HERETIC (04-06-2015)
Los Angeles based Heretic appeared on Metal Blade's legendary Metal Massacre Compilation (MM VII). Heretic's vocalist Mike Howe left the band after the Breaking Point album (1988) to join Metal Church, So the guys in Heretic teamed up with former Metal Church vocalist David Wayne and they formed the band Reverend. Today I've talked to guitarist Brian Korban and bassist Angelo Espino. 


RIPPER (06-05-2015)
Ripper from Chile is one of the most interesting bands in South America right now. They debuted in 2014 with the death/thrash album Raising the Corpse. 


VIKING 
(04-05-2015)
Viking from Los Angeles California was formed by Ron Eriksen, Brett Eriksen, Matt Jordan and James Lareau. They first appeared on Metal Blade's legendary Metal Massacre compilation. Then they put out their first full-length titled Do or Die in 1988 and then in 1989 they released Man of Straw.


RENEGADE (23-04-2015)
Renegade from Melbourne was one of the first bands to play thrash metal in Australia. They released one album, Total Armageddon in 1987. They toured and gigged with Hobbs' Angel of Death, Depression and Mass Confusion amongst others.

ATROPHY (20-04-2015)
Atrophy were signed to Roadrunner Records where they became label mates with King Diamond and Sepultura. Atrophy was a rather shortlived band, they released two studio albums, First Socialized Hate in 1988 and then Violent By Nature in 1990.


BIO-CANCER (17-04-2015)
A
thens, Greece seems to be a modern day Bay Area. Bands like Suicidal Angels, Exarsis, Chronosphere and now Bio-Cancer are all excellent thrash metal bands from the area. Bio-Cancer's new album Tormenting the Innocent just hit the stores a few weeks ago.


MX (01-04-2015)
MX from São Paolo was part of the first wave of brazilian thrash together with Sepultura, Korzus, Attomica and a few others. They released two albums back in the late eigthies Simoniacal (1988) and Mental Slavery (1989).


VIOLATOR (19-03-2015)
V
iolator from Brasilía, Brazil was formed by Pedro Arcanjo, Pedro Agusto, and David Araya in 2002. Since then the band has become one of the most popular bands to arrive in this new age of thrash. In 2004 it was time for Violator's first EP titled Violent Mosh. The band released their first full-length in 2006 titled Chemical Assault. They released another EP in 2010 Annihilation Process. Their second full-length was released in 2013 and it is called Scenarios of Brutality.


ELIRAN KANTOR (09-03-2015)
Eliran Kantor is an artist that creates artworks for various metal bands. He has worked with bands such as Sodom, Testament, Satan, GWAR, Master, Atheist and Mekong Delta. 



SINDROME (23-02-2015)
Sindrome from the Chicago area released the brilliant Into the Halls of Extermination demo in 1987 but despite the bands obvious quality they never signed a record deal. 
Sindrome supported Whiplash & later Death on their Ticket to Mayhem & Scream Bloody Gore release tours respectively. In 2016 their old demos will finally be released on CD for the first time ever. 


SOOTHSAYER (14-02-2015)
Soothsayer from Quebec, Canada released the album Have a Good Time in 1989. It was the only album they put out back then, but not they are back with a new album called Troops of Hate.


HELSTAR 
(29-01-2015)
Helstar from Houston, Texas is an institution in the metal community after more than thirty years in the business. They have released albums such as Burning Star (1984), A Distant Thunder (1988) and Nosferatu (1989). I've talked to Helstar's founder and guitarist Larry Branagan.


RE-ANIMATOR (07-01-2015)
Re-Animator is British thrash metal band of the first wave alongside Sabbat, Onslaught, Xentrix, Virus and similar bands. They debuted with the Deny Reality EP in 1989 and then they put out the Condemned to Eternity LP in 1990. I have talked to their guitarist Mike Abel.



AFTERMATH (06-01-2015)
Chicago thrashers Aftermath formed back in 1985. They soon recorded a couple of excellent demotapes and those demotapes awakened the attention from metal magazines like Kerrang, Metal Hammer and Metal Forces. They declined some offers from smaller labels and when their debut album Eyes of Tomorrow (1994) finally came out, thrash metal was no longer in fashion.
 


KORZUS (05-01-2015)
Korzus is one of the big thrash metal bands to come out of Sepultura alongside Sepultura, R.D.P. and Sarcofago. Their debut Sonho Maniaco came out in 1987 and the follow-up Mass Illusion from 1991 became their breakthrough record.


WEHRMACHT (04-01-2015)
Wehrmacht is a crossover / thrash metal band from Portland Oregon, They released albums like Shark Attack in 1987 and Biermächt in 1988. They have now made a comeback and are out there playing shows again. In todays interview I've talked to their guitarist Marko 'Sharko' Zorich. 


VINDICATOR (01-01-2015)
Vindicator from South Amherst, Ohio debuted in 2008 with There will be blood. Since then they have released two more albums and one EP and they have shared the stage with bands like Artillery, Hirax, Vicious Rumours.


MASTER 
(28-12-2014)
Master is a pioneering Death/Thrash Metal band from Chicago. They recorded some demos in 1985 but it took until 1990 when their self-titled debut finally came out. I've talked to Master's main man bassist and vocalist Paul Speckmann.


HELLER (09-12-2014)
Serbian speed/thrashers Heller was one of the first extreme metal bands in former Yugoslavia. They released one self-titled album back in 1989 and nothing was heard from the band until lately.


ENGLISH DOGS (12-11-2014)
English Dogs started out as a hardcore punk band but by 1985 they started moving into the crossover territory with albums like Forward Into Battle from 1985 and Where Legend Began in 1986. 



NUCLEAR ASSAULT (04-11-2014)
Nuclear Assault is a legendary thrash metal band from the east-coast. Nuke has made a bunch of classic thrash albums under their belt like: Game Over, Survive and Handle With Care. They are now recording for the first time in a decade.


AFTER ALL (29-10-2014)
After All from Belgium has experimented with many different metal styles since they started back in the late eighties. Lately things have started to fall into place for the band with the release of Dawn of the Enforcer in 2012 with the beautiful artwork from Ed Repka.


PROTECTOR

Protector the heaviest and most aggressive thrash metal band of the German scene is now back with their first album since 1993's The Heritage. Protector has relocated to Sweden and today I've talked to the bands original frontman Martin Missy and his Swedish bandmates. 


HYDRA VEIN (24-09-2014)
Hydra Vein from Brighton, UK was a rather shortlived thrash metal band. They released two studio albums, Rather Death Than False of Faith in 1988 and After the Dream in 1989.

BEZERKER (22-08-2014)
Bezerker from Australia released the album Lost in 1990. But not much was heard from the band after that album that scored favourable reviews. They also shared the stage with Faith No More once. Today I've talked to the bands bassist Keith Stevens.


ANACRUSIS

Anacrusis from St.Louis started out as a thrash metal band but over their career their music turned more and more progressive. I've talked to Anacrusis guitarist and vocalist Kenn Nardi. 


WARGASM (09-06-2014)
I have spoken with Bob Mayo vocalist and bass player of Boston thrashers Wargasm. Bob joined Meliah Rage after the breakup of Wargasm but this interview will focus on his time in Wargasm. Wargasm released their debut in 1988 called "Why Play Around?" and it made a buzz in the underground metal scene. 


MORBID SAINT

Morbid Saint from Wisconsin released the underground thrashterpiece Spectrum of Death in 1990. I've talked to their vocalist Pat Lind. 


MERCILESS DEATH (15-05-2014)
Merciless Death from Santa Clarita, California debuted in 2006 with Evil in the Night, it was later re-released by Heavy Artillery Records with an artwork created by the legendary Ed Repka. In 2008 they released Realm of Terror and now their third album is on it's way, it's called Taken Beyond. Today I have interviewed Merciless Death's axeman Dan Holder.


INTRUDER (15-05-2014)
Intruder is an American thrash metalband from Nashville, Tennessee. They released three full length-albums and one EP between 1987-1991. Their debut album Live to Die was released in 1987. The band then to Metal Blade Records and A Higher Form of Killing was released in 1989. The following year an EP called Escape from Pain was released. In 1991 Intruder released their last album called Psycho Savant. I have talked with Intruder's drummer John Pieroni.


GAMMACIDE

Gammacide from Arlington, Texas released the thrash classic Victims of Science in 1989 but that remained their only official release due to them disbanding in 1992. I've talked to their guitarist Rick Perry


DBC (09-05-2014)

DBC or Dead Brain Cells from Montréal Canada released a self-titled album in 1987 and then Universe in 1989 and of course an EP with unreleased material in 1995. They shared the stage with some legendary bands, Slayer included. Today I've talked to Eddie and Phil from DBC. 


WARBRINGER (04-05-2014)
Warbringer from Ventura, California has been one of the prominent bands during this whole thrash revival era. After the initial success with their self-released EP "One by one, the wicked fall" from 2006 the band got signed by Century Media Records and has since then released four albums on the label. War Without End from 2008, Waking Into Nightmares In 2009, Worlds Torn Asunder in 2011 and IV: Empires Collapse in 2013. I've talked to their vocalist John Kevill.


DAMIEN THORNE (26-04-2014)
Damien Thorne was the disturbed evil kid in the Omen movies, It was also the name of a band that got signed by Roadrunner Records in the mid 80's. They released the album Sign of the Jackal in 1986.


MEZZROW (24-04-2014)
Swedish thrashers Mezzrow released the LP Then Came the Killing in 1990 through Actice Records. I've talked to Conny Welén and Zebba Karlsson.


LIEGE LORD (22-04-2014)
In 1985 Liege Lord released their debut Freedom's Rise which was a power / speed metal affair. In 1987 it was time for their second release called Burn to my touch and in 1988 Joe Comeau (later of Overkill & Annihilator) joined the band and Liege Lord recorded their legendary Master Control. I have talked with Liege Lord's bassist Matthew Vinci.

ASSASSIN (18-04-2014)
German thrashers Assassin released The Upcoming Terror in 1987 and Interstellar Experience in 1988 but after that guitarist Michael Hoffman left to join Sodom and they disbanded, but lately they have returned to their thrashing roots. I have talked to their bassist Joachim Kremer.


RATOS DE PORÃO (17-04-2014)
Ratos De Porâo or RDP is a crossover band from Brazil. They were friends with Sepultura and they signed to their label. They are one of the most popular bands from Brazil with albums like Brasil (1989) and Anarkophobia (1991). I've talked to their legendary frontman Joâo Gordo. 


CRISIX (16-04-2014)
Crisix is a revivalist era thrash metal band from Spain. They had something of a hit song in Ultra Thrash that has millions of views on YouTube. As we speak they have released two studio albums that both got favourable reviews. The Menace from 2011 and Rise... Then Rest in 2013.


LICH KING (15-04-2014)
Lich King from Amherst Massachusetts started in 2004. Since then they have released four albums (Five according to Metal Archives) Necromantic Maelstrom in 2007, Toxic Zombie Onslaught in 2008, World Gone Dead in 2010 and Born of the Bomb in 2012. I've talked to their vocalist Tom Martin.


HEXX (15-04-2014)

Hexx from the Bay Area of San Francisco had a rather strange career, they started out in a traditional U.S. Power Metal fashion before moving on towards a more thrash oriented sound and towards the 90's they turned Death Metal. 


MELIAH RAGE (08-04-2014)
Meliah Rage is an American power/thrash metal band from Boston, Massachusetts, They formed in 1987 and they have released eight albums since their inception. Their debut came out in 1988 and it was called Kill to Survive.


HOLY TERROR (07-04-2014)

Holy Terror is a thrash metal band founded by Kurt Kilfelt after he left Agent Steel. Holy Terror released two albums in the late 80's Terror and Submission & Mind Wars. I've talked to their guitarist Mike Alvord.


TORANAGA (07-04-2014)
Toranaga is a British thrash metal band, they released the Bastard Ballads EP (1988) and then they signed a deal with the major label Chrysalis. On that label they released God's Gift in 1990. 


CRYPTIC SLAUGHTER (03-04-2014)

Cryptic Slaughter is a legendary crossover band from Santa Monica, California. Between 1986 and 1990, they released four studio albums and today I've talked with their drummer Scott Peterson. 


PARADOX (03-04-2014)
German thrashers Paradox album debuted in 1987. Metal Hammer called it the best German metal album since Helloween's Walls of Jericho. Their follow-up Heresy is nothing but a masterpiece.


BONDED BY BLOOD (02-04-2014)
They took their name from Exodus legendary debut album and since their formation in 2005 these Californians has released one EP (Extinguish the Weak) and three studio albums, Feed the Beast (2008), Exiled to Earth (2010) and The Aftermath (2012).


TROY GREGORY (Ex-Flotsam and Jetsam) (25-03-2014)
Troy Gregory is bassist who played with bands such as Flotsam and Jetsam and Prong. He auditioned for Metallica after the passing of Cliff Burton but he ended up taking Jason Newsted's place in Flotsam and Jetsam instead. 


GAMA BOMB (24-03-2014)
UK's Gama Bomb was one of the first and most popular new thrash metal bands of this revivalist era. They have released a bunch of records like Survival of the Fastest in 2005, Citizen Brain in 2008, Tales from the Grave in Space in 2009 and their most recent The Terror Tapes in 2013. 


LEZLIE PAICE (26-10-2004)
Lezlie Paice was a heavy metal band in the Swedish underground. They released the 7'' single Fighting Man / People Wanna Know in 1983 through Pang Records.


DYOXEN (23-09-2004)
Dyoxen was a thrash metal band from Quebec, Montreal. They released their debut album First Among Equals in 1989 but they disbanded soon after. Today I've talked to Michael Sanders, guitarist and vocalist in Dyoxen.

TANKARD (10-09-2004)
Tankard is a legendary German Thrash Metal band with a taste for beers. They are one of Germany's most popular thrash bands alongside Kreator, Sodom and Destruction. I've talked with the bands frontman Andreas 'Gerre' Geremia. 


ANIHILATED (01-09-2004)
UK thrashers Anihilated released two full-lengths and one EP in the late eighties. They full-length debuted in 1988 with Created in Hate. An album that the legendary metal magazine Metal Forces called the best UK Thrash metal album to date.


DAN LILKER (Nuclear Assault) (22-05-2004)
Dan Lilker is a legendary bassist, he is a forming member of Anthrax and he played on their debut album Fistful of Metal but he is also known for playing the bass in S.O.D., Nuclear Assault and Brutal Truth. 



HALLOWS EVE (13-05-2004)
Hallows Eve started their career back in 1984 and after appearing on the Metal Massacre IV compilation things started to happen. They released three classic thrash metal albums in a row, such as Tales of Terror (1985), Death and Insanity (1986) and Momument (1988). I've talked with their new vocalist Steven Cannon who also runs the legendary metal site vibrations of doom.


IMAGIKA (12-05-2004)
Imagika is a power/thrash metal band from California. They released their debut album 'Imagika' in 1995. Since then they have released two more studio albums, 'Worship' in 1998 and 'And so it Burns' in 2000. Their vocalist Norman Skinner fronts the newly reunited Forbidden. 


INFERNÄL MÄJESTY (30-03-2004)
Infernäl Mäjesty from Toronto, Canada debuted in 1987 with the monstrous album None Shall Defy. Which might just be the greatest Canadian thrash metal album of all time. The band has now returned after a decade of silence.


ZONE ZERO (2004)
Zone Zero is a heavy metal band from Sweden  and they released a single called 'Heavy Metal' in 1982 and a couple of demos around the same time but they unfortunately never recorded a full-length record. But despite that they are quite a legendary band in the Swedish underground, simply due to the quality of their recordings.

MANINNYA BLADE (2004)
Maninnya Blade was a pioneering Swedish speed metal band. Besides Bathory they were the fastest and most dangerous Swedish band back the early to mid eighties. We've talked to their guitarist Nicklas Johansson


MINDLESS SINNER (2004)
Mindless Sinner is a Swedish heavy metal band and part of the FWOSHM (First Wave of Swedish Heavy Metal) alongside Torch, Gotham City, 220 Volt, Axe Witch and similar bands. They released the Master of Evil MLP in 1984 and then the Turn on the Power LP in 1986. Then they changed their name and released the more melodic Missin Pieces'LP in 1989. 


TRYCKVÅG (2004)
I interviewed Swedish heavy metal band Tryckvåg back in 2004, They were an underground band that released some amazing demo tapes back in the early 80's but when their first 7'' single came out they had changed to a softer and more melodic sound. 

TONY 'DEMOLITION MAN' DOLAN (Ex-Venom)(24-09-2003)
Tony Dolan is a bass playing vocalist known for fronting the NWOBHM band Atomkraft back in the eighties but he was also chosen to be the man who replaced Cronos in Venom. Together with Venom he recorded Prime Evil, Temples of Ice (1991) and The Waste Lands (1992).

SODOM (16-09-2003)
I've catched up with drummer Konrad 'Bobby' Schottkowski from German thrash metal legends Sodom. Mr. Schottkowski played the drums on albums like 'Til Death do us Unite (1997), Code Red (1999) and M-16 (2001). 


FRANK BLACKFIRE 
(Ex-Sodom & Kreator) (20-08-2003)
I have interviewed  Frank 'Blackfire' Gosdzik, a German guitarist who played played on legendary albums such as Sodom's Persecution Mania and Agent Orange as well as on Kreator's Coma of Souls. Now he has now started a new band called Mystic. 


POLTERGEIST (13-08-2003)
I've talked to guitarist and vocalist V.O. Pulver. He started his career in Carrion that released Evil is There! and later in Poltergeist, one of Switzerland's premier thrash metal bands and in the 90's he started the groove metal band Gurd. 


FLAMES

Flames is a Greek thrash metal band that were active back in the late 80's. They released albums like Made in Hell, Merciless Slaughter, Summon the Dead and Last Prophecy.


RIGOR MORTIS

I interviewed Bruce Corbitt of Texas thrash metal band Rigor Mortis (and later in Warbeast) back in 2003. But unfortunately Bruce passed away 16 years after I conducted this interview with him. R.I.P. Bruce Corbitt.


HELLWITCH (06-05-2003)
Death/Thrashers Hellwitch from Fort Lauderdale, Florida formed back in 1984. They released their debut album Syzygial Miscreancy on Wild Rags Records in 1990. Plus they shared the stage with Chuck Schuldiner's Death.


POWERMAD (23-04-2003)
Powermad signed to Warner Bros and released their only full-length album to date Absolute Power in 1989. They appeared in the David Lynch movie Wild at Heart and it has been a long time since we heard anything from them, but today I've talked to their vocalist and guitarist Joel DuBay about the good 'ol days. 


VIO-LENCE

Bay Area thrashers Vio-Lence released Eternal Nightmare and Oppressing the Masses back in the heyday of thrash. Today I've talked to their guitarist Phil Demmel.

CHRIS POLAND (Ex-Megadeth)(02-04-2003)
I've catched up with Chris Poland, Megadeth's former lead guitarist about his time in Megadeth and what he is up to these days. Chris played on legendary albums such as Killing is my Business... and Peace Sells... But Who's Buying?. 

ALEX SKOLNICK (Ex-Testament)(31-03-2003)
Testament is a classic thrash metal band with a long and rich history. They have released legendary albums such as The Legacy (1987), The New Order (1988) & Practice What You Preach (1989). Today I've talked to their former guitarist Alex Skolnick. 


AGENT STEEL (19-03-2003)
Juan Garcia is a guitar player known for being part of legendary speed and thrash metal bands such as Agent Steel and Evil Dead. 


NECRONOMICON (15-03-2003)
Necronomicon is a German thrash metal band, they were active in the late 80's and they put out some underground classics like their self-titled album in 1986, Apocalyptic Nightmare in 1987 and Escalation in 1988. 


VENDETTA (08-03-2003)
German thrashers Vendetta released two albums back in the day. Go and Live... Stay and Die in 1987 and Brain Damage in 1988. Now 15 years later, they are back with new material.



ULTIMATUM (27-02-2003)
Christian thrash metal band Ultimatum were one of a handful of bands that actually still played thrash metal in the mid to late 90's. Today I've interviewed Robert Gutierrez and Scott 'Raging' Waters who also runs the metal site No Life 'Til Metal. 


TESTAMENT (20-02-2003)
I have interviewed Testament's new guitarist Steve Smyth who has been with Testament for four years now. Steve also used to play with Vicious Rumours back in the day.

EXUMER (17-02-2003)
Exumer is a German Thrash Metal band from Frankfurt, They released two albums back in the heyday of thrash Possessed By Fire in 1986 and Rising From the Sea in 1987. After that Exumer disbanded and Mem Von Stein has been busy with his band Sun Descends.


OVERKILL

ALAN TECCHIO 
(Hades, Ex-Watchtower)(07-01-2003)
Alan Tecchio sung on Watchtower's Control and Resistance, But he is also a long time member of Power / Heavy / Thrash Metal band Hades that recorded albums like Resisting Success in 1987 and If At First You Don't Succeed in 1988. Their latest album DamNation came out in 2001. 


INVOCATOR (06-01-2003)
Invocator is a Danish thrash metal band that formed back in 1987, Their debut album Excursion Demise came out in 1991 and the follow-up called Weave the Apocalypse saw the light of day in 1993. Today I've talked with their vocalist and guitarist Jacob Hansen.


THE HAUNTED (10-01-2001)
In my first interview ever, I've talked to guitarist Anders Björler of The Haunted (and formerly of At The Gates), they were recently nominated for a Swedish grammy for their new album The Haunted Made Me Do It.
