Skid Row reformed.    Armored Saint reformed.    Metallica and Megadeth played Woodstock '99.   Bruce Dickinson records Scream For Me Brazil in São Paolo.   Dio, Motörhead and Manowar toured Scandinavia and Northern Europe together under the   Monsters of the Millennium tour.
