IMPORTANT EVENTS

Metallica won their first grammy for One.   The Judas Priest trial took place in Nevada.   Possessed's Jeff Becerra was shot and paralyzed from the waist down.   Clash of the Titans tour took place this year, featuring Megadeth, Slayer, Suicidal   Tendencies, Anthrax and Testament.    The first ever Wacken Open Air Festival is held.   American thrash metal band Powermad appeared in the David Lynch movie 'Wild at Heart'.
